Job Description / Responsibilities
- Manage multidisciplinary teams across civil, structure, architecture and MEP disciplines.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
- Monitor project progress, quality control and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Review structural, architectural, and MEP drawings for execution.
- Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship.
- Identify and resolve technical issues at site.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Educational Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed university with minimum CGPA 3.25 out of 4.00 / 1st Class.
- SSC and HSC with minimum GPA 4.00 out of 5.00 / 1st Division. Only one educational result requirement may be relaxed for exceptionally experienced candidates.
- No 3rd class is allowed.
- IEB membership
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in Real Estate, Engineering Firms, projects of Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous body.
- Must have structure design experience.
Additional Requirements
- Age limit 35 - 45 year(s).
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- Able to work under pressure, efficiently and meet deadline.
- Ability to communicate effectively & professionally.
- Strong knowledge on BNBC.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, AutoCAD and so on.
- E-GP tender method and procurement knowledge according to PPR-2025.
- Advance level proficiency (both Bangla and English languages) in MS Word, Excel, and PDF documentation tools.
