Job Description / Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and prepare monthly salary-related reports.
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database.
- Ensure compliance with university rules, service policies, and labor laws.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and administrative inquiries.
- Prepare official HR correspondences, notices, office orders, and reports.
- Assist in performance appraisal process and staff development initiatives.

Educational Qualifications
- Master’s in HRM/ Business Administration / Public Administration / English from any UGC approved reputed university with Minimum CGPA 3.25 out of 4.00 (or equivalent) in both Bachelor’s and Master’s level.
- SSC and HSC with minimum GPA 4.25 out of 5.00
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experiences in HR & Administration in any reputed organization/ University
Additional Requirements
- Age maximum 32 year(s).
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and administrative procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Office Application and HRIS software.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
