• Maintaining and monitoring all the Admin. and Security aspects and take due measures for effectiveness.
• Supervision: Direct, schedule, train, and evaluate the performance of Admin. and Security personnel.
• Operations & Safety: Enforce security policies, conduct regular patrols, and monitor surveillance systems (CCTV, alarms) to prevent unauthorized activities.
• Incident/Crisis Management: Respond to emergencies, investigate security breaches, and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.
• Reporting & Communication: Maintain detailed logs, prepare comprehensive incident reports, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and act as a liaison between security staff and management.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university (minimum CGPA 3.25 out of 4.00).
• Minimum GPA 4.00 out of 5.00 in both SSC and HSC examinations.

Candidates must have practical experience in security management. Preference will be given to those with supervisory experience in security forces or reputable institutions. Strong discipline, sense of responsibility, and leadership capability are required. Individual must have at least 10 years of Commissioned Service as an Officer.

• Only retired members of the Bangladesh Army who were regular commissioned officers are eligible to apply.
• Maximum age: 40 years.
• Candidates must be physically and mentally fit, well-mannered, honest, energetic, and confident.
• Candidates who have been awarded the punishment of dismissal/ termination/not regular retirement from service are not eligible for the post.
