Job Description / Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications using Laravel and modern full stack technologies.
- Develop efficient, scalable, and reusable PHP modules and services.
- Build responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js or React.
- Collaborate with university departments to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and follow best practices in development.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to team growth.

Educational Qualifications
- B.Sc. in CSE from any reputed university with minimum CGPA 3.25 out of 4.00
- SSC and HSC with minimum GPA 4.00 out of 5.00
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
- Experience with relational databases like MySQL.
- Work (ed/ing) in Educational Institution is a Plus.
Additional Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Laravel (PHP Framework).
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and at least one modern JavaScript framework (Vue.js, React, etc.).
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
- Proficient in version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
